Together with Tenants: Delivering the Better Social Housing Review Recommendations

The Better Social Housing Review (BSHR) panel published findings and recommendations to drive improvements in the quality of social housing homes. This includes a focus on better resident involvement with housing associations working with all tenants to ensure that they have a voice and influence at every level of decision making across the business.

All the recommendations have been accepted by both the NHF and CIH and we have produced an action plan outlining what we will deliver. Structural inequalities, and in particular race, were a core theme throughout the BSHR’s report and therefore form an important part of our action plan.

This webinar explores how housing associations can work with residents to deliver the BSHR’s recommendations and continue to prepare for new consumer regulations.
