Work with us

How do I become a NHF partner?

At present, we are refining our approach to partnerships and future collaborations will be extended solely to organisations that receive multiple member recommendations and can clearly demonstrate cost savings for our membership.

Our Strategic Partners should show strong corporate social responsibility and a lasting dedication to sector growth, through actions like publishing insights or business reports, offering training, volunteering, or sponsoring initiatives.

Directory Partners are required to provide verifiable evidence of their experience collaborating with members. They must obtain endorsements from at least two individual members. Additionally, they should present a clearly defined member benefit offer and demonstrate strong financial stability.

If you would like to be considered for the NHF Partner directory, please get in touch, outlining how you feel you would meet the necessary criteria.

Testimonials

"As a new Sector Supplier we have had a fantastic experience working with the team at the National Housing Federation on our recent zero carbon emissions marketing campaign.

They couldn’t have been more helpful and encouraging, and provided excellent guidance and expertise.

We look forward to working more closely with them in the future. Thank you!"

Helen Harrison, Managing Director, Integrator Housing Solutions

"I have been very fortunate to work with the NHF for several years now. The team at the NHF are always professional, knowledgeable and approachable both to me and my team, but also to the UK housing associations that the NHF represents.

We rely on the NHF for their expertise and advice to complement our extensive knowledge of the sector, which allows us to consistently go above and beyond to support our customers."

Greg Dean, Divisional Sales Manager, Phoenix Software Limited

"Penningtons Manches Cooper has been a National Housing Federation supplier for 10 years.

"The social housing sector is a leading area at Penningtons Manches Cooper and we have really valued being a Sector Supplier to National Housing Federation members.

It means we are able to build on our vast knowledge of the sector and understand its chief concerns. We have been able to share knowledge and marketing activity with the NHF's account managers.

Other benefits are being able to promote any initiatives through the Sector Supplier newsletter, get discount for the NHF’s leading sector conferences, and advertise the fact that we are suppliers on marketing materials including pitches.

"We are proud to be associated with the National Housing Federation and hope that our relationship continues for many more years."

Caroline Barry, Business Development Manager, Real Estate Division, Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP
