This webinar shares the key findings from the NHF’s report: How diverse is England’s housing association workforce in 2023.

The results highlight a commitment from the social housing sector to hold itself to account with equality, diversity and inclusion but collective action is still needed for long term change and in particular at leadership level.

We shared our recommendations and next steps for change and delegates heard from organisations using their data to understand and improve the diversity of their leadership teams and the positive impact this has on their staff teams and the people they serve.
