Housing associations aim to implement good practices to ensure complaints are dealt with promptly and fairly as set out in the Social Housing White Paper.

This webinar aims to promote and share good practices on complaint handling and help housing associations explore effective processes and procedures that can be implemented to ensure complaints are resolved swiftly.

It also helps social landlords to better understand the steps required to comply with the Complaint Handling Code providing residents with consistency and positive experiences of services.
