How to create a building safety case for higher-risk buildings webinar

22 June 2023

From April 2024, housing associations with higher-risk buildings will be required to obtain a building assessment certificate from the new Building Safety Regulator, which confirms that the building can be occupied. As part of that process, those responsible will be required to develop a building safety case and submit a building safety case report, setting out how they are assessing and mitigating any risks to the building.

This webinar shares the experiences of other housing associations who are developing their building safety cases to help support our members.
