In conversation with the Building Safety Regulator webinar

As part of the changes set out in the Building Safety Bill, a new Building Safety Regulator (BSR) was created within the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) with extensive new powers of regulation, inspection and enforcement.

The BSR have powers and responsibilities to ensure the safety of all buildings and will have additional responsibilities for higher-risk buildings

This webinar is an opportunity for our members to meet key people from the BSR and hear directly from them on key issues facing the sector including the Building Safety Act and regulations coming into force over the next two years. There’s also a review of how these changes will impact social landlords.

The new building safety regime requires a change in behaviour and performance across the whole process of designing, building and managing the safety of buildings.
