Better Social Housing Review: Knowing our Homes

05 July 2024

Members heard about the best practice from housing associations who are leading the way with this work.

it was an oppportunity to hear updates on the progress and next steps of Knowing our Homesour project to review how we improve data collection on the condition of our homes and improve outcome.

In particular this webinar fcocused on our new project 'Make Every Contact Count'. We know that many housing associations and partners in the NHS are already using this approach to make the most of existing touchpoints to check on homes and the wellbeing of residents.

Our new research, which we will be launching at our Quality Homes Conference in October, will share this approach in a practical form, making it simple for your teams to learn from it and decide how you might adopt it in your organisation.
