Together with Tenants - voice, influence and accountability (webinar)

Following the launch and national rollout of Together with Tenants we are holding webinars on each of the six priorities. This webinar will focus on these two:

• Voice and influence – views from residents will be sought and valued and this information will be used to inform decisions. Every individual resident will feel listened to by their housing association on the issues that matter to them and can speak without fear.
• Accountability – collectively, residents will work in partnership with their housing association to independently scrutinise and hold their housing association to account for the decisions that affect the quality of their homes and services.

This webinar for tenants and housing association staff will give you the opportunity to hear from Bournville Village Trust, Connexus and Orbit Group as they reflect on their experiences and challenges so far, and as we consider how to truly embed Together with Tenants across the sector.
