Become a member

How to join

To check whether your organisation is already a NHF member, search this list.

Our members are housing associations (not-for-profit organisations that operate housing or related services for the benefit of the community) and stock transfer organisations. Detailed eligibility criteria can be found here.

Fees

Member fees are based on the number of properties owned or managed.

Associates

Arm’s Length Management Organisations (ALMOS) and local authorities considering stock transfer may apply to be associates of the NHF. Our associates receive information and advice, plus many of the benefits of being a full member.

Commercial organisations

Only housing organisations can be members of the Federation. Other organisations may join our partnership schemes, which offers the chance to build relationships with our members.
