Older Person’s Housing Group

The Older Person’s Housing Group are a cross-organisational group from social housing providers across the country that are dedicated to working together to break down barriers to developing much-needed homes for older people.
This working group offer advice and analysis so that together we can:

Examine the challenges housing associations face when developing or providing homes for older people.
Co-create a key asks of the government on older person’s housing ahead of the next general election.
Support the NHF in engaging with their wider membership on the key challenges and opportunities for older person's housing.
