Older Person’s Housing Group  

The Older Person’s Housing Group are a cross-organisational group from social housing providers across the country that are dedicated to working together to break down barriers to developing much-needed homes for older people.     
This working group offer advice and analysis so that together we can: 

  • Examine the challenges housing associations face when developing or providing homes for older people.  
  • Co-create a key asks of the government on older person’s housing ahead of the next general election. 
  • Support the NHF in engaging with their wider membership on the key challenges and opportunities for older person's housing.
