Improving equality, diversity and inclusion is key to achieving our ambition of improving trust across the housing sector. Housing associations are driven by strong social values, but there is more we can and should be doing to ensure diverse leadership and strengthened equality within our workplaces.

Our recent report How diverse is England’s housing association workforce in 2023? highlighted that ethnicity, particularly at leadership level, was still a key area of under-representation.

During this webinar we heard from key people across the sector who are working to address under-representation and are driving forward practical solutions to improve diversity within their respective organisations.
