Collecting and using resident diversity data to create positive change

In 2022, the National Housing Federation (NHF) hosted a meeting for members about collecting resident equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) data. This is a complex area and when done right it can have an incredible impact on housing associations ensuring their residents have appropriate and sensitive services, support and opportunities.

We heard from three housing associations outlining examples of best practice for collecting resident EDI data.
