Land buyers & new business appraisal training:

This CPD accredited course is aimed at people who are new to the system and will use it primarily for creating appraisals for initial offers, presenting appraisals for board approvals or exploring viability options.

Development company appraisal training:

This CPD accredited course will use the Private Developer Model and is aimed at people who are new to the system, using it primarily for creating appraisals from the developing companies perspective, initial offers, and determining the value of the affordable units and presenting appraisals for board approvals or exploring viability options.

This course is aimed at people who are responsible for monitoring and updating project outturns.


M3 pamwin plus system admin training:

This course provides system administrators with the knowledge to modify corporate assumptions and settings in M3 pamwin plus and understand the implications of those changes. It also covers programme reporting, links to ledger and database housekeeping for supervisors.

This course is designed to show delegates how to complete a simple appraisal in M3 pamwin lite and upload it to M3 pamwin plus. It is delivered in a half-day session for those familiar with M3 pamwin plus, or, can be extended to a full day for those new to the system.

  • Representing capital cost and funding.
  • Updating the cashflow.
  • Understanding the results.
  • Running sensitivities.

Association for project management (APM) accredited courses

Project fundamentals qualification (SCQF Level 6) is a two day classroom-based course with 60 minute multiple-choice examination. It offers a fundamental awareness of project management terminology giving you the knowledge to make a positive contribution to any project.
