Better Social Housing Review: Driving forward a culture of inclusivity

This webinar discussed how to deliver equitable services to meet the recommendations of the Better Social Housing Review.

Structural inequalities - and in particular race - were a core theme throughout the Better Social Housing Review’s report, and therefore form an important part of the NHF and CIH’s action plan.

During this webinar we get an overview of the EDI aspects of the Better Social Housing Review hear case studies, lessons learnt and recommendations for addressing issues of quality and customer services in relation to racism and structural inequality.
